Kaygen is a small, woman-owned IT Consulting and Staffing Services company based in Irvine. He has helped build the public sector business by bringing in customers such as LA Metro, MWD, LAUSD, and LAX.

In his spare time Jim is an Assistant Football Coach at St. Paul High School where is responsible for Business Operations and Social Media.

During the speech, Mr. Phillips will talk about the upcoming Los Angeles Regional Small Business Summit hosted by the County of Los Angeles and the resources available to small businesses.
